As part of our International Women’s Day activities, ambassadors from The Girls’ Network had the opportunity to interview inspiring women leaders and hear more about their career journeys.

In this recording Ambassador Iulia is joined by Lindsey Moore, Founder of Agnes Marketing, Chair of the Liverpool Ladies Network, and host of In Conversation with SMEs. Together, they discuss confidence, careers, and how young people can begin building their future.

Iulia completed her mentoring programme in 2023 and has remained an active member of our Ambassador Community. She is now preparing to begin a Psychology Access/Foundation course at the University of Chester.

One piece of advice Lindsey shared particularly stood out:

Build your network. Don’t rely on one employer. And remember, comfort is the killer of success.
