Our 1-to-1 mentoring programme matches girls with volunteer mentors who are women from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Our mentors guide and support girls as they build confidence, develop skills, and explore opportunities. They help girls gain insight into the world of work, recognise their strengths, and take ownership of their futures.
Our workshops are designed to meet girls’ specific needs. In small groups with skilled The Girls Network staff, they discover their key strengths, develop positive self-belief, and learn tools to support their well-being. Volunteer mentors and professional women also contribute, helping girls gain insights into the world of work and build the confidence to articulate their skills, interests, and talents.
Our Ambassador community is a network that supports girls beyond mentoring and workshops. It offers careers guidance, development opportunities, and a platform for girls to have their voices heard - helping them continue to grow, connect, and inspire others.
