Enterprise Mobility charity partner event We were delighted to be chosen by Enterprise Mobility as one of their ROAD Forward initiative key partners earlier in 2025. This programme supports organisations working to address social equity gaps in the communities where Enterprise Mobility operates. Our five-year partnership will help us grow our network and support more girls to believe in themselves and their unlimited futures. As part of this partnership, we were recently invited to Enterprise Mobility's headquarters alongside some of their other National Social Value partners to spend the day connecting, sharing insights, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. The event brought together a wide range of charities and organisations, including Flexiren UK, Business in the Community, Book Trust, Children in Need, FareShare, and From Babies With Love (Uplifting People). The day was partly organised by Mori, an Enterprise Mobility intern who was formerly a mentee with The Girls’ Network. We are incredibly proud of Mori and the progress she has made through her time with The Girls’ Network and now with Enterprise Mobility. From joining as a mentee to discovering an exciting new career path, her journey reflects the confidence, ambition, and resilience our programme helps young women develop. During the event, each charity presented the focus of their work, highlighting the essential services they provide and the challenges they face, including funding, government policy, and the increasing demand for their services. The discussion also covered the focus of various campaigns, such as reducing inequality, supporting thriving communities, celebrating positive change, and improving access to services. We explored ways to reduce stigma, boost confidence among service users, involve them in creating solutions, and remove barriers. As a collective, all partners agreed to work together in their shared regions to strengthen collaboration and amplify impact. We are extremely grateful to our partners at Enterprise Mobility, whose support and opportunities - including placements, events, and insight into professional life - provide young women in our network with invaluable experiences that help them explore their potential and shape their futures. It was an inspiring day that really highlighted how much we can achieve when organisations come together to support each other’s missions. This collaborative approach aligns closely with The Girls’ Network’s belief in the power of community and networks to create positive change, and we are excited to continue working together to support more girls in reaching their full potential. Huge thanks to Simons Caughey-Rogers and everyone at Enterprise Mobility for their ongoing support and belief in our mission. Manage Cookie Preferences
